COVID-19: CenturyLink’s Commitment to Its Customers

To protect its customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, CenturyLink has signed the Keep Americans Connected Pledge

For the next 60 days (ending on May 12, 2020), CenturyLink will do the following:

  • Waive late fees
  • Disable service termination for residential and small business (entities with up to 50 employees) customers financially affected by COVID-19
  • Suspend data usage limits for residential customers
  • Offer Lifeline discounts for telephone or broadband services to customers that qualify

CenturyLink is determined to keep its network running smoothly during this time of increased demand.

Teams of CenturyLink technicians will monitor and support network connections around the clock, as well as modify traffic paths, increase network capacity, and adjust traffic based on customer usage when needed.

As the world learns more about COVID-19, CenturyLink will continue to assess and update its network to support its customers.
